I am an Emmy-nominated, LGBTQ+ director of video whose emotional films not only inspire, they sway viewers to action.

Nonprofit Marketing

I spearheaded creation of impactful videos as director of video for the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, the Human Rights Campaign. I not only tripled HRC’s video views my first year but earned it multiple Shorty Awards and a Heartland Emmy nomination. Afterwards I leveraged my expertise for the League of Conservation Voters, ACLU Michigan, Equality Virginia and other nonprofits.

Electoral Campaigns

Amplifying memorable moments from progressive political campaigns, I created viral sensations for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential run, Beto O’Rourke’s 2022 gubernatorial race and for the Human Rights Campaign’s electoral work in the 2018, 2020 and 2024 cycles.

Video Journalism

I began my career as an early innovator of digital journalism, earning Newsweek the first Emmy nomination of any U.S. magazine. I launched a doc series for MSNBC, created programming for the New York Post, directed Alpha Media Group’s magazine video production, and contributed to BBC News, Reuters, Glamour, Men’s Health, CBS Local, New York Magazine and more.
